Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your Forme® garments.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days, or your new exchange order will ship immediately.
